This Hot Ones–style challenge will put brave contestants to the test with escalating rounds of wings drenched in bold Bay of Plenty hot sauces.
Make it through every fiery bite and you could be crowned Rosie’s Wing of Fire Champion.
Even if you’re not game enough to compete, there’s plenty happening off the plate too, with Hip Hop DJ beats, artisan hot sauce stalls, fiery flash tatts, and family-friendly chaos all afternoon.
To participate, tickets are $20 and spectators are free - but please grab a ticket anyway so we can anticipate numbers.
