How your digital gift card works
Digital gift cards are delivered by email in a few steps. The card doesn't arrive with your purchase confirmation — here's what to expect.
If you bought a gift card
You'll receive an email confirming your purchase. This is your receipt, not the gift card itself.
The gift card is sent separately to the recipient's email address (the address entered at checkout). If you bought it for yourself, that's your email. If you bought it for someone else, it goes straight to them.
If you've received a gift card
- Check your email for a message with a link to activate your gift card.
- Open the link and set a PIN. You'll use this PIN any time you want to check your balance, so keep it somewhere safe.
- Once activated, your gift card arrives in a second email as a PDF attachment. That PDF is your gift card — save it or present it when you pay.
You won't need your PIN to redeem the gift card. Just use the gift card number shown on the PDF. The PIN is only for checking your balance.
Not seeing your emails?
Check your spam or junk folder, and confirm the email address entered at checkout was correct. If the recipient's card was sent to the wrong address, contact us and we'll help resend the gift card.
