Package duration is 90 minutes for every participating venue, but inclusions and pricing vary by venue. Please refer to the individual venue booking page for full details.
Package duration begins at the confirmed booking time. Late arrivals do not extend the package duration.
Packages apply to all guests at the table unless otherwise stated by the venue.
Packages are only valid at the stated venue, time, date and duration, and cannot be redeemed at any other time.
Packages that include alcohol are available to guests aged 18 years and over only. Valid photo ID will be required.
Participating venues comply with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and promote and enforce the responsible consumption of alcohol by all customers.
For packages that include alcohol, guests will not be served more than one beverage at a time. Non-alcoholic beverages and food are available at all times. We offer free drinking water at all times and encourage drinking water in between alcoholic beverages. Alcohol-inclusive packages are available only in conjunction with a food package.
Service is subject to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. The venue’s responsible service obligations take precedence over all package inclusions. No refund, credit or compensation will be payable where alcohol service is limited or refused in accordance with host responsibility requirements.
Guests must consume alcohol responsibly and at a reasonable pace. Alcohol service is subject to the venue's responsible service requirements. The venue may, at its discretion, delay service between drinks, limit the quantity of alcohol supplied, or refuse further alcohol service where it considers this necessary to promote responsible consumption, comply with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, or meet its host responsibility obligations. No refund or compensation will be payable in these circumstances.
